Stand in front of the vehicle. The Rear bank (3 nearest the driver), are the low numbers. The Front bank (3 nearest the head lights) are the larger numbers. Working from Left to Right. The Rear bank is 1, 2, 3. The Front bank is 4, 5, 6. The firing order is
1, 4, 2, 5, 3, 6.

The Tiburon V6 2.7L is nearly the same engine with the same engine placement as the Tucson 2005 V6. The spark plugs should line up accordingly. I have had a problem with Cylinder 3 missing... and I replaced all of the spark plugs. Now I'm going to be checking the wires.
